THE WAY TO GO, TOGETHER.

CONNECTBIKE

HI THERE!

Our mission is clear: we believe in a better world. Together, we can turn the threats of climate change into opportunities and create a better living environment. How? By providing user-friendly E-bike sharing systems that feature the latest innovations. We thus aim to motivate people to use the bicycle more often as a means of transport.

ConnectBike is a fast-growing international scale-up, active in providing large-scale full-service E-bike sharing systems and the associated service and maintenance. In cooperation with the world's largest bicycle manufacturer Giant, ConnectBike develops and delivers A-grade E-bikes that are tailored to the needs of the user.

Currently, ConnectBike is active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and the UK. Our short-term goal is expansion by setting up sales operations in Germany, France, Spain and Italy.

To achieve this, we are looking for you! Motivated new colleagues with a passion for sustainable mobility.

DIFFERENT, YET CONNECTED!

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

At ConnectBike, we firmly believe in the power of diverse teams in relation to issues such as: gender, ethnicity, religion, education, work experience, physical disability and sexual orientation. Diversity has many advantages, both from a social and a business point of view. A diverse workforce is innovative, creative and offers different perspectives. As a result, challenges are overcome more quickly and performance improves.

In addition, in our recruitment policy we strive to stimulate employment locally and follow the principle of 'recruit the unemployed first'. The current corona crisis has had a detrimental effect on the labour market and many qualified people have become unemployed. In our recruitment strategy for new colleagues, we therefore focus primarily on local top performers who do not currently have a job.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

GROW AND BUILD WITH US

  • An enterprising, ambitious team with individuals who enjoy their work.
  • International career opportunities.
  • An open and non-hierarchical company culture, where initiative is encouraged and valued.
  • An opportunity to share in the company's increase in value.

SUSTAINABLE HERO

CAR-FREE & GREEN CITIES

We are also actively working on sustainability within ConnectBike. For example, bees and other pollinators are not doing very well at the moment. It’s a serious matter. The human food supply largely depends on pollination by bees and other insects. An important part of reducing bee mortality is the planting of organic 'bee-friendly' plants, trees and flowers. Good for the bee, and therefore for all of us! The organisation I Love Beeing has been working hard on this since 2011.

To give the bees and other pollinators a helping hand, I Love Beeing and ConnectBike have therefore joined forces and developed a bicycle stimulation and greening programme ‘Cycle the Bees Back in Buzziness’.

In concrete terms, this programme means that for every new E-bike bought by its customers, ConnectBike donates organic flower seeds to I Love Beeing, which can be used to sow 'bee-friendly' plants, trees and flowers in public spaces.
